How long does my digital profile stay online?
Your NexTap digital profile stays online for as long as your account is active. The free plan keeps your basic profile online for life, with no time limit and nothing to renew.
What can I add to my digital business card?
You can add your contact details, a profile photo, your social media links, a photo gallery, services, products, business hours and more. You can update any of this at any time from your dashboard.
Can I change my card's theme or design later?
Yes. You can switch to a different theme at any time from your dashboard without losing your information or having to order a new physical card.
Can I change the personalized link you give me?
Yes, you can set your own personalized link when you create your card. Premium plans also support a custom domain if you want your profile to live on your own web address.
How many digital cards can I create?
The free plan lets you create one digital business card. If you need more, our Premium plan allows unlimited digital cards on a single account.
